Refund Policy

EvanSaengerArt accepts returns and offers refunds. A full refund will be made to you, minus the cost of initial shipment to you with the following stipulations:

--Email us at evan@evansaengerart within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

--Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

--Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

--If the item is not returned in its original condition, no refund will be made.

--We do not accept returns for custom pieces. This said, I will update you through the painting process to ensure that you are satisfied with the final piece.
