Upon successful purchase of an original and beautiful piece of EvanSaengerArt, you will receive an email verifying your purchase. Your artwork will be shipped to you within one week after purchase (and most likely sooner), and you will receive an email with shipment and tracking information. We will handle and package your artwork with the utmost pride and care so that it arrives safe and sound and ready to be enjoyed (for the rest of your life, of course!).
Refund Policy
EvanSaengerArt accepts returns, and a refund will be made to you minus the cost of initial shipment to you with the following stipulations:
Contact us at evan@evansaengerart within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery
We do not accept cancellations.

Returns cannot be accepted, and refunds cannot be made for custom orders.
