Upon purchase of an original piece of EvanSaengerArt, you will receive an email verifying your purchase. Your artwork will be shipped to you within one week after purchase, and you will receive an email with shipment and tracking information. We will handle and package your artwork with the utmost pride and care so that it arrives safe and sound. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

Shipping Costs:

$15 - Purchases up to $100

$20 - Purchases $101- $150

$85 - Purchases $151-$300

$100 - Purchases $301-$600

Free Shipping - Purchases over $600

 

Refund Policy

EvanSaengerArt accepts returns and offers refunds. A full refund will be made to you, minus the cost of initial shipment, with the following stipulations:

—Email us at evan@evansaengerart within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

—Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

—Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

—If the item is not returned in its original condition, no refund will be made.

—We do not accept returns for custom pieces. This said, I will update you through the painting process to ensure that you are satisfied with the final piece.
